Dispatch times
Orders placed before 2pm AEST on a business day are picked, packed and lodged with Australia Post the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on public holidays are dispatched the next business day.

Tracking and missed deliveries
A tracking number is emailed as soon as the label is scanned. If tracking has not moved for three business days, contact us with the order number and we will open an enquiry with Australia Post. Parcels returned as uncollected are held for seven days and then refunded minus the postage cost.
Age verification and compliance
These products contain nicotine and are sold to adults aged 18 and over only. We may ask for identification before dispatching an order, and we cancel and refund any order where age cannot be verified. Nicotine is an addictive chemical – see health.gov.au for Australian guidance.

Buying more than one device is where the value is. Bulk pricing applies automatically in your cart, and you can mix flavours inside the same model line to reach a tier:

Order before 2pm AEST on a business day and your parcel is dispatched the same day; metro deliveries usually arrive in 2–5 business days and regional deliveries in 3–7. Standard delivery runs 2–5 business days for metro postcodes and 3–7 for regional areas, with express post available at checkout for urgent orders. Every parcel carries Australia Post tracking, emailed the moment the label is scanned.
If something goes wrong, support is handled by email and answered within one business day. Devices that arrive faulty or stop working within 14 days of delivery are replaced or refunded once returned, and unused devices can be sent back within 14 days for a change-of-mind refund. Nothing in that policy limits the consumer guarantees you get under the Australian Consumer Law.
